Shipping Methods


The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for the shipping times according to shipping method. Orders will typically be sent within 12 to 24 hours after being placed.  The delivery will be through your local post office. All packages can be tracked. Our carriers include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), DHL, Canada Post, Swiss Post, and Deutsche Post.

  • Standard Delivery - 5 to 12 days
  • Priority Delivery - 4 to 8 days
  • Express Delivery   -  2 to 4 days

Important note: Please follow your shipment on the below sites using your tracking number.  If you haven't received your tracking number, please contact our customer service.  If you haven't received your package within 14 days, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We do ship internationally, to any country in the world.  We also ship to PO and APO/FPO boxes.

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a tracking number.   The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout.  If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section.  Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide up to date tracking information
